These requests are routed immediately to the relevant business administrator from where they are issued to your operations team or service providers as appropriate.
Planon’s extended integration capabilities including web services (SOA) or XML, allow automatically generated equipment failures from technical installations and equipment to be redirected to Planon to trigger inspection , maintenance or other actions.

Potential escalations are visible before service delivery ‘breaches’ take place and the responsible staff automatically informed by KPI reports or monitoring dashboards.
Cost estimations in terms of labour and materials, vender quotations, and actual costs are managed by Planon. This provides excellent operational funding visibility and potential charge-back opportunities.
All relevant documentation, error reports, audit reports, instructions, and order reports are stored within the Maintenance Management solution and support your organisation in meeting its obligations with regard to statutory regulations and laws.
